Researchers Develop 3D-Printed Hydrogel Implant to Replace Donor Corneas

An interdisciplinary research team from Empa, the University of Zurich, the Zurich University of Veterinary Medicine, and Radboud University in the Netherlands is developing an artificial cornea that could one day replace donor tissue transplants.
