I know there are complicating factors, but repurposing old abandoned malls into low-income housing seems like such an opportunity.

    What a fantastic idea…..so wonderful to repurpose a mall for affordable housing….where can persons apply to get a loft?

    The new age projects. With the retail industry going more on line there will probably be a good amount of old malls closing thru out the states .In the next decade.This is a great opportunity to help with homeless epidemic

    Great idea I can see how it is. Plausible. But I’d say very crowded.
