The Arcade in Providence, Rhode Island closed after 188 years in business. Then, it was transformed into a community of micro-lofts.
I know there are complicating factors, but repurposing old abandoned malls into low-income housing seems like such an opportunity.

What a fantastic idea…..so wonderful to repurpose a mall for affordable housing….where can persons apply to get a loft?
I’m 70 and homeless I’d love to have that opportunity.
The new age projects. With the retail industry going more on line there will probably be a good amount of old malls closing thru out the states .In the next decade. This is a great opportunity to help with homeless epidemic
Great idea I can see how it is. Plausible. But I’d say very crowded.
