I love how they prepare, how they cope, and how they plan for the recovery. They clearly understand that they play a vital role.

Includes a lengthy list of individuals and companies just doing the right thing. A list that, generally, doesn’t make the news, and yet is something I still claim is much more commonplace than we realize.

The FDA just approved the substance, more clinically known as MDMA, as a ‘breakthrough’ drug—and will work to move it through clinical trials as efficiently as possible.

Today, Verizon also pledges money to the folks affected by Harvey, but its donation dwarfs those made by many other companies.

I know that some may see this as a publicity stunt. Honestly, even if it is (and I think not), for $10 million they’re welcome to it. Mobile providers play a key roll in disaster response, and this is just icing on the cake. Makes me even happier to be a Verizon Wireless customer.
