Concerns about a link between the MMR vaccine and autism have persisted for two decades, since an inaccurate 1998 paper claimed there was a direct connection

Just not the connection they thought: “Kids who got the MMR vaccine were seven per cent less likely to develop autism…”

Ironic.

    I’m not sure I’ve ever really experienced schadenfreude in real life, but as the mother of a 32-year-old on the spectrum I can now say I have, HA!
